At the time that you purchased a hardware agent, you could use it with either our free Community reports or our Extended reports.
Due to the upcoming pricing changes, we want to offer hardware owners who are using our Community reports a discounted upgrade.
This upgrade will provide you with all of the Extended features for one full year at a discounted price as a thank you for purchasing our hardware agent.
After the year passes, you may opt to continue using the service using our subscription model.
This offer will be removed on or around Dec 15, 2023.
IMPORTANT
After your purchase, you must send an email to support@outagesio.com with the Paypal transaction ID and your agent ID so that we may assign the upgrade to the correct agent.
Note: Only existing hardware agents that have been using our Community reports can be upgraded. Others are disqualified from this offer.
